Magic Passion Love & GratiDudes!

It just warms my heart that there are so many humans who are sharing positive energy!! Its more opportunity for more people to feel good!! It’s all about allowing humans to feel good – cuz if we feel good THEN we’ll care more .. CARE MORE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PLANET AND THE INHABITANTS ON THE PLANET!

As I continue on my 100 Day Reality Challenge – it is my intention to add to this blog every day — and some of these blogs I will share what cool people are doing …for example:

The Real GratiDudes

To bring families and communities together through
conscious media and humour, to raise awareness about
individual and global issues, and provide real
solutions in a fun playful way.

By Brad Morris;

I used to drink and smoke to get me high;
But deep down inside I just wanted to die.
My heart was filled with sadness and anger;
When I looked in the mirror I was seeing a stranger.

No purpose, no plan, just observing from the side;
I was scared of my future, there was no hope inside.
I had no confidence in myself or humanity;
I thought we were screwed, excuse my profanity.

Many relate to the stories I share;
Havin life so tough, almost too tough to bare.
But something inside told me things would get better;
So I prayed to God and chose to surrender.

Like a light turning on in the darkness of night;
My heart opened up, my world became bright.
I could suddenly see what was infront of my face;
Everything started to fall into place.

Day-by-day things slowly improved;
The more I forgave, the more energy I moved.
Miracles appeared everwhere I turned;
Life began to make sense, with the more I learned.

Everyday I prayed for guidance from God;
I’d never prayed before, at first it felt odd.
I was amazed to see the answers come through;
As my life transformed, my faith in Him grew.

I was starting to realize who I really was;
I was more than a human, I am an extension of God.
When I had this revelation, I just wanted to share;
But people thought I was crazy, they just sat there and stared.

Why didn’t they believe me? I knew it was true.
I guess it was an indication there was more inner work to do…
So that’s what I did, inwards I went;
I learned to meditate, many hours I spent.

Little by little people started to believe,
As they witnessed some of the things I achieved.
They’d ask me, “Brad, what did you do?”
I’d tell them, I found God within, and you can too!

Do the same as I did, meditate and pray.
Be patient, accept yourself, take it day-by-day.
Just watch, you’ll see, things will definately shift;
The more you love yourself, your Spirit will lift.

You’ll rise, you’ll overcome the problems from your past;
And stick with it, because the results will last.
I know you’ll soar, you’re gonna fly;
You won’t need drugs, you’ll be naturally high.

Be positive, have faith, keep your mind on track;
Focus on your goals, don’t ever look back.
Forward is the only direction to face;
And take your time, this is not a race.

You’ve got your whole life, and the ones after this;
Which means there’s so much time to follow your bliss.
Accept where you are in this time and space;
With all that you’ve thought, this is the perfect place.

As long as your always taking baby steps forward;
Your Spirit’ll be happy, you’ll be rewarded.
So forget the past, let go of the dark ages;
We’re all born to lead, we’re meant to be Sages.

Stand up straight and choose to be strong;
There’s no screwing up, you can’t go wrong.
We all have the power to turn our darkness to light;
To have Peace within, you must stop the fight.

So choose so now, and do it here;
Surrender to God and have no fear.
From this point on, your life’ll get better and better;
Because you said YES and chose to surrender.

I’m happy for you and all the people you’ll empower;
As your life transforms like a blossoming flower.

Magic Passion Love & Pretty Positives!

I am so inspired by my friend and creative partner Paula Brett – not only is she gorgeous and intelligent she is very artistically talented! Sharing an art studio was a great adventure and even though we are no longer sharing “physical art space” – we are still connected through our “soul energy”.

Inspiration comes from making art – MAKE ART
… is something that I truly believe everyone can do – and if you don’t enjoy what you create – then consider buying one of Paula’s “Pretty Positives!”

Little reminders to hang on your wall – that you are an amazing human being living a spiritual adventures! LIVE LIVE LIVE – it feels good!

Here are some of her Pretty Positives

These works are created with good, old-fashioned POSITIVITY and they are powerful little canvases! The affirmations are heartfelt, and when placed and viewed with intention, they work their magic. All “Pretty Positives” are handmade, unique creations by Paula Brett. The mixed-media canvases are sized between 4″x5″ and 5″x7″, with a 1.5″ gallery-wrapped border. Enjoy!

FULL MOON #1 Dec 2009!!

Gemini Full Moon, December 1-2 2009
by Lynn Hayes

The Moon is becoming gloriously full, and will reach her pinnacle at 2:30 am on Wednesday the 2nd Eastern time (7:30 am UTC, and 11:30 pm on December 1st if you’re in the Pacific time zone). There is a lot of energy packed into this Full Moon in Gemini!

When the Moon is full, the Sun and Moon are opposite each other from our perspective on earth, and the lunar light is allowed to shine without being hidden from the Sun’s light which is usually more powerful. Because the Moon represents the dark and the unknown- the mysterious emotional depths that are often hidden even from ourselves – the time of the Full Moon illuminates our inner hearts in a way that is not otherwise often experienced.

This Full Moon is in Gemini, the sign of communication, changeability, short trips, and anything of a mercurial nature, and Mercury, the planet of communication and the mind that is the ruler of Gemini, is very active in the chart of this Full Moon. Mercury is in a challenging square to Uranus, the planet of radical thinking and change, so there is a tendency towards impulsive thinking and hasty speech as well as a heightened sensitivity of the nervous system. Don’t be surprised by emotional outbursts of all kinds, and those of us with anxious natures may find ourselves with a case of the jitters.

Uranus has just changed direction, so it’s influence is stronger than usual. Uranus inspires innovation and change, and can bring about sudden and surprising events that turn our world around. There is also the danger of accidents and equipment failures under this influence.

At the Gemini Full Moon, the Sun is in the opposite sign of Sagittarius and there is a necessity to balance the search for the one Truth (Sagittarius) with an embrace of many ideas (Gemini). During this period we have a unique opportunity to create change and become more adaptable to new ideas and new ways of living our life; to learn the inner strength that an increase in flexibility can offer us.

Because Gemini is so oriented towards communication and the sharing of experiences, this is a wonderful time to bring people together to share new ideas and to learn more about each other.

Gratitude is MAGIC!!!

One of my new FCW friends sent this to me and it was just so amazing that I wanted to be able to go back and read it – so I’m posting!

My friend is having a gratitude dinner tomorrow night to celebrate all the people who helped her through a difficult period of time in her life last year. What a beautiful idea! She asked everyone who’s coming to bring their favorite quote and song about gratitude to share with the group. This got me thinking about my favorite quotes, meditations, actions, etc. from various sources related to attitude and gratitude, and I’ve had the most lovely hour compiling them all to share with her – and you. If you are receiving this, it’s because I’m extremely grateful to have you in my life! If you want to feel really good, I encourage you to spend a few minutes, thinking about what you are grateful for today…

Much love,

Gratitude is the best attitude. ~Author Unknown

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We can’t change our past. We can’t change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We can’t change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you. We are in charge of our attitudes.

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude. ~Denis Waitley

In our daily lives, we must see that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but the gratefulness that makes us happy. –Albert Clarke

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. — Albert Schweitzer

Gratitude is riches. Complaint is poverty. –Doris Day

If a lady isn’t thankful for what she’s got, she isn’t likely to be thankful for what she’s going to get. ~Frank A. Clark

She is a wise woman who does not grieve for the things which she has not, but rejoices for those which she has. ~Epictetus

Whatever our individual troubles and challenges may be, it’s important to pause every now and then to appreciate all that we have, on every level. We need to literally “count our blessings,” give thanks for them, allow ourselves to enjoy them, and relish the experience of prosperity we already have. —Shakti Gawain

The essence of all beautiful art, all great art, is gratitude. –Friedrich Nietzsche

Gratitude is our most direct line to God and the angels. If we take the time, no matter how crazy and troubled we feel, we can find something to be thankful for. The more we seek gratitude, the more reason the angels will give us for gratitude and joy to exist in our lives. –Terry Lynn Taylor

Be Thankful

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary
Because it means you’ve made a difference.

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.

GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessings.
